Please find listed below, my terms and conditions for all the services that I am offering:
Pet-Sitting Visits - I will come and feed your pet, let him/her out for the toilet, fuss and play with him/her, whilst you are at work, on a day out, or on holiday, etc. The first visit of the day starts at 9.15am and the last visit of the day will end by 5pm. Please note: I am not able to offer overnight visits.
I can clean the cages out, litter trays, etc, as long as I have adequate time in the slot you have booked me up for.
I need a minimum of three phones numbers for contacts, should an emergency arise. Such as, when I arrive at your home and find your pet unwell. I will need to contact you or someone else that is responsible for your pet urgently.
I can take your pet to your vet and I can cover medical fees of up to £250.00, but, repayment is required by cash or transfer within 24 hours. The hourly rate still applies for this, plus 40p a mileage expense charge.
Cancellation policy for all services is 72 hours notice or full pay will be required. There will be no charge if I cancel. If I can not attend, I will inform you and try and locate another slot for you. You do not pay me for my holidays or my sickness.
Due to trying to protect other clients, If there is a contagious illness, in your household, then I will not be able come and a minimum 24 hours notice is required and there will be no charge. If the illness has only just occurred during the night, or that morning, then I charge 1/2 the fee.
If I can not gain access to your property, through no fault of my own, no refund is given.
If you require me to come out with my key, if you have lost yours, then a £10 fee is charged (hours only from 0915-1800).
Cleaning - Slots are Monday to Friday and are available from 9.15am, with the last slot ending at 2.30pm. No oven, window, cleaning out of fridges, cupboards or ironing service is offered. Also, no polishing of floors offered. All other domestic cleaning services are offered, using your equipment.
Pet-Sitting Visits - If the service is required for whilst you are on holiday, 50% payment is require upfront when you book, which is non-returnable and the balance to be paid 2 weeks before the start of your holiday date. For Pet-Sitting, Bank Holidays are charged at time and a half. No cleaning service is offered on bank holidays and no services are offered on Christmas and Boxing Day.
Payment is required upfront for all services. Payment needs to be received and cleared by Monday of each week. The service will not be carried out, if no payment has been received.
For all services, I need to know who else has access to your home, this is for security reasons.
There is no obligation on either side to take the enquiry further.
